Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Atlanta, GA)

Amberfield Quarry Telecom Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
