Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Anchorage, AK)

Lumen Lakeside Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Anchorage region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
