Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Fernwood Sparrow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Albuquerque design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
