Senior Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Sable Community Partners is a Albuquerque charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
