Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Wichita, KS)

Greenridge Lantern Medical is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
