Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Virginia Beach with personal care and coordination, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
