Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Pike Construction Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
