Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Sable Construction is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety records. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
