Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tucson, AZ)

Stonegate Bridge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
