Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Fox Manufacturing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
