Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Toledo, OH)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Toledo. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
