Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Harbor Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Tampa area. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
