Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Amberfield Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Seattle, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
