Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Clearpath Quarry Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 619 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
