Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
