Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Lantern Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with training materials.
