Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Summit Thistle Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
