Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Community Partners Group is a San Diego charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
