Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark West Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
