Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Ashton Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in San Diego with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
