Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Nova Corner Auto Group Partners operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Diego, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification.
