Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Wren Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
