Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Ember Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around San Antonio, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving project schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
