Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving housekeeping schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
