Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners collects and processes waste and recycling around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
