Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Sacramento region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
