Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Partners is a public water utility serving the Sacramento area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
