Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Ember Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Sacramento. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
