Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Lakeside Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 485 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification.
