Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Nova Pike Medical Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving training materials. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • PMP or CAPM certification.
