Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Lumen Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
