Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Mill Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
