Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Summit Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Milwaukee producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
