Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Foxglove Vista Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
