Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Summit Vista Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Austin region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
