Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Fernwood Harbor Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Albuquerque working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
