Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Linden Freight is a Toledo logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
