Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
