Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Harborlight Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Philadelphia with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
