Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Northwind West Freight Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification.
