Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Richmond plant, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
