Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Fernwood Vale Manufacturing makes precision components in Louisville. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 746 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
