Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning Partners is a transit-planning firm in Philadelphia working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
