Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Clearpath Stone Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
