Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Redstone Iron Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Memphis region. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
