Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Fernwood Sparrow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Albuquerque working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
