Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

Ironwood Forge Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Wichita area, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We invest in training. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
