Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Field Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
