Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Providence, RI)

Ironwood Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Providence working with agencies and riders, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
