Senior Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Beacon Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Phoenix, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
